Reese Witherspoon has moved on from her relationship with Jake Gylenahaal, reports claim. Just two months after breaking up with the Brokeback Mountain star, Reese is rumored to dating talent agent Jim Toth. A source tells Life & Style, "They've been on at least 10 dates." "They've been to each other's houses and out to dinner together. Jim's trying to keep it quiet, but he and Reese are together, he's told close friends." The pair was spotted having dinner at  Locanda Portofino restaurant in Santa Monica. "They were locked in conversation," an onlooker said. "They stayed for 2 1/2 hours and left arm in arm."

Reese Witherspoon will team up with Robert Pattinson and Sean Penn in the movie "Water for Elephants." According to Variety, the Twilight hunk and the Oscar-awarded actor are in talks to join Witherspoon in the film directed by Francis Lawrence. The movie is an adaptation of Sara Gruen's best-selling book and tells the story of a college veterinary student (Pattinson), who joins a second-rate circus to work as a vet, after a car accident kills both his parents. He gets romantically involved with the star performer (Witherspoon), who is married to the abusive animal trainer (Penn) who runs the show.

Reese Witherspoon credits her girlfriend for helping her whenever she needs it. The Oscar-winner actress recognizes in her pals her best allies to help her through in the dumps. She tells British’s You magazine. “It’s tough being a woman. You are supposed to be self-sufficient, but we all need our sisters.  I have three women friends who will drop anything to help me and I will do the same for them. “ She added,  “I believe in those female bonds, because a lot of stuff happens with men and marriage and divorce, but family and friends are paramount.”

Reese Witherspoon has admitted she went to therapy after her split from ex-husband Ryan Philippe. The actress, who has two children with the actor, says she’s not embarrassed to confess she visited a counselor to get help. She tells British magazine Live, “When you care enough and are determined to make them the focus of your life, then somehow it works. And I've had help. “Through difficult times I have always found counseling helpful and I don't think there is anything shameful in that,” she added. Reese also said she and Philippe do their best to handle their hectic agenda, “But my kids have two great parents and we balance our schedules so one of us is always with them.”

Reese Witherspoon stood up against female violence. The actress, who is Avon’s worldwide representative, recently visited the UK to speak out beaten women. "We are talking about everyone's lives are touched by this issue, whether it be our children, or our mothers or our sisters. So many women. The most important thing I can do here today is start this dialogue that we're having,"  she told the show GMTV.  "She looked quite emotional, she kept looking to the floor whilst she was listening to the other speakers," said an eyewitness at the historic Houses of Parliament, where Reese gave her speech.
